What can a citrix administrator do to resolve this issue for mac users connecting to storefront3/8/2023 We've contacted our reseller who supports the product and found out that they also are experiencing the same problems and the only solutions they could offer were to reinstall Citrix and/or reinstall Windows!Īfter that, I just stuck to Google, trying to find any solution that may work. We've tried other versions but that's the version that seems to work the best and is recommended. Often times the fix is to simply reinstall version 4.9 LTSR. For the entire time, we have had them as a client they have been getting this Citrix Error: "Citrix Receiver does not support selected encryption." It has gotten to the point where it comes up every other day. We have a client with about 10 users who use Citrix Receiver.
